We had sort of a non-traditional dinner for Thanksgiving this year. Terri roasted a turkey in a new roasting device we purchased. It turned out wonderfully. She left all of the side dishes for me to cook since I am on Atkins. I got all of the recipies for side dishes from a cooking show I really like on the Food Network called Low Carb and Lovin' It. I ended up trying green bean casserole, cranberry relish, mushroom turkey gravy, and sausage/herb stuffing. For dessert I found recipies for praline pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake. Other than burning the onion string topping for the green bean casserole, everything tasted good.

I had the opportunity to test-drive one of Ford's new hybrid SUV Escapes. I really liked it, but I am not sure when I will be able to afford the $30,000 price. Terri rode along and seemed impressed. Here is the one I drove around.
They also had some other new Ford vehicles for us to look at. Here are some pictures of the Thunderbird and Mustang.
